Mrs. Passarell serves as the Advancement Director at St. Francis de Sales Catholic School, where she leads enrollment, marketing, strategic planning, and community engagement efforts. Her passion for Catholic education is rooted in a deep belief that children thrive in environments where they are known, loved, and guided in faith. She is committed to fostering strong connections with families, supporting staff, and helping build a vibrant and unified school community.

In addition to her role at St. Francis, Mrs. Passarell is a proud business owner of two companies: Passarell Insurance Agency and Patriot Firearms Training, which she runs alongside her husband. She also serves as the varsity head coach for high school volleyball and continues to actively compete in multiple adult volleyball leagues.

Mrs. Passarell holds two degrees, one in Marketing and another in Human Resources. Her diverse background and experience allow her to connect with people from all walks of life while keeping the school’s mission at the heart of everything she does.

As a mother of five boys, she is deeply committed to raising and mentoring children to be kind, loving, and respectful. She firmly believes that we are not placed on this earth for ourselves, but for each other, and she brings that philosophy into every aspect of her work and daily life.
