Are You Ready To Become Our Newest Student?
We’re excited you are considering enrolling your child at St. Francis. To begin the enrollment process, we need a few things from you. We’ve outlined the procedure below. Step 1: Call the school at 410-749-9907, and set up a private tour with the Advancement Director, Mrs. Sarah Passarell. You can also fill out the contact form, and Mrs. Passarell will contact you. Click Here
Step 2: Mrs. Passarell will give you the enrollment packet for the upcoming school year after the tour. This packet contains the contract, application, outline of required health forms, and documents.
Required Documents;
- Health Inventory Form
- Include copies of the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Baptismal Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Report cards for the last 2 years (for Grades 1 and above)
- Standardized test scores (for Grades 2 and above)
- Custody agreement (if applicable)
Above is the required information that must be on file at the school office as soon as possible in order to be considered for acceptance into St. Francis de Sales Catholic School. Registration is contingent on a pre-admission assessment.
