Important Update: New Online Lunch Ordering System for 2025–2026
We are writing to inform you that, due to the cancellation of our current lunch program software, St. Francis de Sales will be launching a new online lunch ordering system beginning with the 2025–2026 school year.
To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage all families to activate their new lunch program accounts as soon as possible.

Account Activation:
You can activate your account now by visiting: https://stfrancis.schoolbitez.com
Current Account Balances:
- If your child has a remaining balance on their lunch account, you must register a new account by August 15, 2025 in order to have those funds transferred.
- Any remaining funds will be forfeited if a new account is not created by that date.
Ordering Opens:
We anticipate that online ordering will be available in mid-August.
🔐 Setting Up Your New Account
Once your parent account is created, you will be able to:
- Add your child(ren) and their grade level(s)
School Code: SFRS-001 - Teachers and Staff: Sign up as a parent and add yourself as the “child” to place orders.
- Manage and order lunches for multiple children from one account
- Choose your preferred payment method:
- Online via credit card/ACH (processing fees apply)
- Cash or check sent to the school office (no fees; amount will be credited to your account)
